The Human Resources Department is expanding! We are looking for an additional Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Business Analyst to coordinate, and act as a strategic partner by providing support, analysis, assessment, design, and improvement to HRIS business solutions and related systems. This position will ensure the proper function, operation and integrity of human resources information and operations systems. Essential duties include: identification of HR business needs; research and report writing; training and assisting users; troubleshooting and resolving process and systems errors; coordination of system enhancements, system configuration, system integrations, compiling reports and data related to human resources functions, and security issues.
